1. Shipping
At Swipo, we offer free and insured shipping for all orders placed through our website www.swipo.tech.

Delivery time: 24/48 business hours within mainland Spain, once payment is confirmed.

Coverage: We currently only ship within mainland Spain.

Cost: Shipping is always free for the customer.

Shipping insurance: All shipments are insured to cover any incidents during transport.
In case of delays due to causes external to Swipo (e.g., logistical incidents of the carrier, weather conditions, etc.), the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
2. Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must request it through the contact form available on the website, indicating the order number and reason for the return.

The customer has a period of 21 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

Once the request is received, Swipo will contact the customer to coordinate the collection or shipment of the product.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including accessories, packaging, and documentation.

Once the product's condition has been verified, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
3. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for products that show damage due to misuse, improper handling, or that are not returned in conditions equivalent to those of delivery.
