Warranty Policy

At Swipo all our devices have been inspected and tested to ensure their correct functioning before sale.

Each product comes with a 24-month legal warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with current regulations, applicable only to manufacturing defects or internal failures not resulting from use. This warranty only covers defects that were present at the time of delivery, even if they manifest later.

Warranty exclusions

The following cases are expressly excluded from the warranty:

  • Damage caused by impacts, drops, or contact with liquids.
  • Damage caused by improper handling of the device by the user or unauthorized third parties.
  • Installation of external software, system modifications, rooting, or jailbreaking.
  • Deterioration resulting from normal use, such as progressive loss of battery capacity, wear and tear on buttons, screen, or casing.
  • Failures related to user accounts (Google, Apple, etc.), IMEI blocking, or problems resulting from forgotten passwords.

Terms of application

If the warranty is invoked, the product will be inspected by Swipo's technical service. If it is confirmed that the defect is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.

Before any technical intervention, the customer is responsible for backing up their data, as Swipo is not responsible for the loss of information, configurations, or content stored on the device.
