What does it mean for an iPhone to be refurbished?
It's an iPhone that has been inspected and tested before being put back on sale. At Swipo, every device goes through a complete technical verification process. It's not a new iPhone, but it works like one.
Are the iPhones original?
Yes. All of our iPhones are original Apple and do not contain copies or counterfeit parts. If the battery has been replaced, it will be of original (OEM) quality.
Are the iPhones unlocked?
Yes. All devices are unlocked and compatible with any carrier.
What is the status of the iPhones?
All our iPhones are in Excellent condition. Essentially, in a state very close to new, with practically no visible signs of use from 30cm away.

We guarantee a minimum health of +85% or a new battery (100%), depending on the chosen option.
What does the order include?

How long does shipping take?
The usual delivery time is 24–48 working hours, with shipping from Spain. We ship with Nacex.
Can I return the product?
Yes. You have a 21-day trial period. If you're not satisfied, you can return it.
What is their warranty?
All iPhones include a 2-year warranty against malfunctions.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Refurbished iPhones are sold under the Special Scheme for Second-hand Goods (Margin Scheme), a special VAT scheme where tax is applied to the margin and not to the total price. This means that the invoice does not break down VAT separately.
